Requirements
- 5+ years experience with one of the following specialties: readiness reporting, DRSS or SQL
- Minimum of 5+ years working as a Readiness Analyst or similar role for a government agency
Responsibilities
- Provide readiness reporting.
- Use DRRS
- Contribute expert content for reports and briefings including data directly from readiness systems, summarized data, assessment data, and trend data.
- Collect force-wide readiness data with trends and recommendations in support of monthly 3-star level and quarterly 4-star level readiness briefings.
- Manage DRRS reporting program and it’s integration into multiple command processes, to include monthly tasks and timelines.
- Develop highly technical solutions to query multiple readiness, training, and manpower databases across multiple domains.
- Use SQL

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required
- Must be able to work full time on-site in Ft. Meade, MD
- Travel up to 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
