The Real Estate Analyst functions as the process owner for enterprise real estate records, database record management, administration of reporting systems, and coordination with Business Units worldwide. The position assures availability of timely, accurate real estate data to enable effective management of the corporation’s real estate assets.

Requirements

  • Real Estate Property Data Analysis: Knowledge of data analysis related to real estate property; ability to utilize diverse data analysis processes, techniques and tools in order to analyze, interpret and manage property related data.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and storytelling through reporting.
  • Proficient in reporting tools (i.e. Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Prior experience working in Corporate Real Estate, highly preferred.
  • Skilled in presenting complex topics to diverse audiences across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Provides real estate research, data analysis and coordinates lease payments.
  • Partners with real estate representatives on real estate records.
  • Executes annual real estate data validation process.
  • Maintains an accurate Global “footprint” of all property locations in the Caterpillar enterprise.
  • Works with various stakeholders, including legal services, corporate accounting, corporate treasury, corporate tax and global facilities planning.
