The firm is looking to solve the problem of inaccurate tracking of listings, transactions, signage, expirations, and renewals, and to provide data-driven insights for brokers, clients, and leadership.
Requirements
- Possess a high degree of proficiency with all MS Office products: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to manage and analyze data from multiple sources (CBA, CoStar, LoopNet, County Assessor Databases, Internal Databases).
- Experience with database management (Dealius, Internal Systems).
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Jotform).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of real estate data and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the firm’s comps database of active listings and transactions (Dealius, Internal Systems).
- Clean, validate, and standardize incoming listing and transaction data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Collect and analyze quarterly vacancy rates and demographic data across key markets from multiple sources (CBA, CoStar, LoopNet, County Assessor Databases, Internal Databases).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all real estate data across systems.
- Assist with form-based tracking (Jotform) and workflow solutions to improve efficiency for transaction coordinators and property managers, including automation of reminders and key date management.
- Assist brokerage, property management, and investment teams to provide data-driven insights for pitches, valuations, and client reporting.
- Assist and shadow brokers in property showings, walk-throughs, and open houses.

- Preferred educational pursuit of Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to manage, prioritize and complete multiple projects at the same time with efficiency and accuracy to meet deadlines.
