- Awareness of advancements in AI, machine learning, generative AI, and related fields such as data analytics and data engineering
- Proficiency in using various online platforms and professional networks to identify and engage with top AI and ML professionals
Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and hire top AI and ML talent by partnering with hiring managers to understand technical roles
- Crafting compelling job descriptions
- Using strategic sourcing techniques across specialized platforms and networks to engage with and bring in top talent
- Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-caliber ML talent to efficiently meet current and future hiring demands
- Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to track hiring efficiency and optimize recruitment strategies
- Effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals

- 5-7 years of full cycle recruitment experience from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
