Tutor Intelligence is looking to scale its organization from approximately 50 to 100+ FTEs across various departments, including research & engineering, go-to-market, and operations. The company needs to build a strong pipeline of talent and effectively evaluate candidates to achieve this growth.
Requirements
- Strong technical literacy; able to understand robotics, AI/ML, or adjacent deep-tech fields enough to screen candidates effectively
- Fluency with modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Lever, etc.), outbound email automation, and CRM best practices
Responsibilities
- build pipeline, evaluate candidates, and take a drivers seat in scaling the organization
- screen candidates effectively
- sourcing and closing candidates across the full stack: cold outbound, campaigns, referrals, inbound funnel
- craft outreach that resonates with both technical and commercial talent
- building recruiting processes from scratch
Other
- 3–5+ years experience recruiting across both technical (engineering, research, product) and GTM (sales, marketing, operations) roles
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup or fast-growing company; comfortable scaling from ~50 → 100+ employees
- Track record of high-ownership execution: able to take a role from definition to closed hire with minimal hand-holding
- Ability to context-switch between executive recruiting, senior engineers, and GTM hires without losing momentum
- Strong written communication skills
- Ambitious, growth-oriented mindset; looking to scale your own career alongside the company’s trajectory
- Comfortable reporting directly to founders, influencing hiring strategy
