Charter Manufacturing is looking for a Recruiting Intern to support their Talent Acquisition Team, assist with recruitment processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law.
Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling virtual and on-site interviews
- Participate in campus recruitment and support university relations
- Identify new and creative ways to source top talent
- Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects
- Day to Day Support of the Talent Acquisition Team
Other
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions
