Cardinal Health aims to drive revenue and profitability for its Laboratory business by leading a team of sales representatives to engage new and existing customers, fostering a high-performance culture, and acting as a change agent to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements

  • 8+ years healthcare sales experience in distribution, Medical/Laboratory products preferred.
  • Knowledge of clinical laboratory market and diagnostic testing, strongly preferred
  • Successful track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share within defined region
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including ability to manage diverse personalities/skill sets in a changing environment.
  • Strong ability to develop relationships internally and externally at all levels up to and including C-Suite
  • Excellent planning, forecasting, financial and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated matrix management skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving growth within the region for Lab business across both distribution services and laboratory products.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis including business plans, customer correspondence, budget/expenses and others.
  • Manage & enhance key customer relationships
  • Collaborate across Cardinal Health to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes within the segment.
  • Demonstrate professional development initiatives: keep abreast of competitive landscape, market insights, and effectively communicate across key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support & execute business unit initiatives.

  • Live within the region and can travel 50% domestically, booking travel according to Cardinal Health’s travel policy.
