Requirements
- 8+ years healthcare sales experience in distribution, Medical/Laboratory products preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory market and diagnostic testing, strongly preferred
- Successful track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share within defined region
- Proven leadership capabilities, including ability to manage diverse personalities/skill sets in a changing environment.
- Strong ability to develop relationships internally and externally at all levels up to and including C-Suite
- Excellent planning, forecasting, financial and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated matrix management skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving growth within the region for Lab business across both distribution services and laboratory products.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis including business plans, customer correspondence, budget/expenses and others.
- Manage & enhance key customer relationships
- Collaborate across Cardinal Health to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes within the segment.
- Demonstrate professional development initiatives: keep abreast of competitive landscape, market insights, and effectively communicate across key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support & execute business unit initiatives.
