Wyld is looking for a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead all operational processes and functions of multiple entities, ensuring accountability, managing budgets, and driving innovation to streamline and improve operations.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in data analysis, and other inventory management systems
- Possess advanced mathematical skills
- Perform advanced visual quality inspections on products
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to travel on a frequent basis (5-10 days/month) to additional locations and facilities
- Regular travel between facilities will be required
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and approving all production operations
- Managing financial budgets and authorizing facility purchasing
- Providing monthly production analysis and presenting data to the Finance team
- Unlocking innovation and strategic initiatives to streamline and improve operations
- Implement operations strategy, structure, and processes across multiple entities
- Audit Production Plans to meet demand of sales team
- Collaborate with the Senior leadership team to develop, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures
