Wyld is looking for a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead all operational processes and functions of multiple entities, ensuring accountability, managing budgets, and driving innovation to streamline and improve operations.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in data analysis, and other inventory management systems
  • Possess advanced mathematical skills
  • Perform advanced visual quality inspections on products
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to travel on a frequent basis (5-10 days/month) to additional locations and facilities
  • Regular travel between facilities will be required

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and approving all production operations
  • Managing financial budgets and authorizing facility purchasing
  • Providing monthly production analysis and presenting data to the Finance team
  • Unlocking innovation and strategic initiatives to streamline and improve operations
  • Implement operations strategy, structure, and processes across multiple entities
  • Audit Production Plans to meet demand of sales team
  • Collaborate with the Senior leadership team to develop, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures
