Oldcastle Infrastructure needs to lead and manage engineering operations across multiple facilities or projects within the region, ensuring successful execution of engineering initiatives, product design, performance, testing, and technical support, while maintaining alignment with commercial and operations teams and ensuring consistent engineering standards and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of engineering systems, manufacturing processes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CMMS, etc.).
- PE certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional engineering teams to ensure performance, development, and alignment with company objectives.
- Drive process optimization, cost-reduction initiatives, and technical problem-solving across sites.
- Ensure consistency in engineering practices, documentation, and quality standards across the region.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality to drive equipment reliability and manufacturing excellence.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies.
- Collaborate cross functionally to optimize both product performance for our customers and to ensure lowest manufactured cost and scalability.
- Seek, implement and share Best Practices across Oldcastle Infrastucture's engineering community in support of our OneIPG evolution.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Experience with infrastructure construction products in the Energy, Water and/or Communications market segments preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Team player with effective interpersonal skills and an open, collaborative style.
- Travel approximately 25%.
