Requirements
- Knowledge of engineering standards as they relate to the power industry.
- Professional Engineering license or PMP Certification desired.
- At least 15 years of engineering experience in power generation.
- At least 10 years of management experience, including client account management.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to mentor technical staff and foster a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the regional business by strengthening existing and building new client relationships throughout the Boston / New England region of the United States.
- Manage local projects while monitoring performance using predefined metrics (progress, financial health, schedule adherence, risk, and opportunities).
- Ensure proper coordination of technical details across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Plan and communicate needs for Kiewit Engineering resources to support projects.
- Responsible for meeting project engineering schedules and budgets.
- Identify current and future risks along with mitigation strategies.
- Consolidate best practices from project execution across the business.
