To work with Field Sales as a comprehensive team to help develop and focus on applications and configurations of advanced Rehab products
Requirements
- Assemble and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical devices
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent web navigation skills
- Basic working knowledge of Pride operating systems preferred
- Basic knowledge of clinical diagnoses and equipment considerations preferred
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills preferred
- At least 1 year of experience with Electro-Mechanical Applications in a Health Care Industry, Sales, Manufacturing, and/or Production environment
Responsibilities
- Focus on the continued training, development, and support for Rehab products (large portion to include Q Logic electronics) for customers, therapists, and VA facilities
- Communicate consistently with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team in order to fulfill needs of Rehab providers in the assigned Field Sales territory
- Travel throughout the assigned territory, to provide training and presentations on Quantum Products with a large focus on Q Logic electronics
- Assist with education presentations and technical training, when applicable in the territory
- Communicate Quality Assurance issues and concerns
- Report field data regarding growth opportunities within your assigned territory to Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Manager
- Assist providers and their technical staff in troubleshooting and repairs of units in the field
