Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and communicate the release management capabilities teams should possess to reduce solution delivery risk.
- Support delivery teams helping them plan solution releases using the sanctioned release management tools, processes and procedures.
- Support the release management tools with configuration, troubleshooting and vendor management activities.
- Evaluate process improvement opportunities using end to end measures and metrics.
- Provide training support.
