Concentrix is seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across their Salesforce platform and other enterprise systems to ensure smooth and timely deployments, align release activities with business objectives, and minimize operational risk.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployments and tools such as Gearset, Copado, and Change Sets.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in release management or related functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage release schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives while minimizing disruptions.
  • Coordinate across development, QA, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless release execution.
  • Oversee Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox refreshes, metadata deployments, and change set management.
  • Enforce compliance with change management protocols and documentation standards.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate release-related risks and issues.
  • Maintain release documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve release processes and tooling for greater efficiency and reliability.
