JLL is looking to solve the problem of providing reliability data management support for the entire Reliability & Asset Services team, and is seeking a Reliability Data Management Specialist to support daily data management tasks and initiatives across all accounts.

Requirements

• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and data visualization software preferred.
• Experience with AI-enhanced asset and facility data preferred.
• Development experience with the Ninox platform preferred.
• Experience with facility preventive maintenance workflows preferred.
• CMMS, ERP, and FCA data management experience preferred.
• Experience with data management and database support required.
• BS in a technical discipline required, Engineering or Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works under the general direction of the Reliability & Asset Services team to assist with the creation and deployment of visual reporting mechanisms to communicate progress on strategic reliability initiatives by all Reliability Engineers on accounts.
• Conceptualizes, designs, builds, initiates, and administers custom databases in support of Asset Services client engagements.
• Administers third-party databases to include user administration and workflow management.
• Provides system training and develops training documentation for end users of the various Reliability & Asset Services systems.
• Troubleshoots issues reported by end users and assists to resolve any difficulties encountered.
• Assists Reliability & Asset Services engineers with daily workflow enhancements and changes.
• Reviews metrics for process consistency, develops solutions, and provides recommendations to leadership for process improvements.

Other

• BS in a technical discipline required, Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• 4 to 6 years’ experience with data management and database support required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
