Amentum is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve asset reliability and reduce operating and maintenance costs.
Requirements
- Knowledge of best in class maintenance practices and predictive maintenance activities
- Working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to develop predictive maintenance strategies and training tools
- Ability to perform risk-based asset management and root cause analysis
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains Reliability Programs and creates a model that can be utilized across multiple site locations.
- Generate and follow through to completion all Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for improved reliability of key assets and value streams.
- Support spare parts critical spares generation and share responsibility for ongoing spare parts management program that meets reliability targets.
- Perform high level maintenance planning and materials management.
- Plan for shutdowns, turnarounds, and plant outages.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related scientific field
- At least 5 years of job-related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Must be willing to work holidays and weekends
