Requirements
- Working knowledge of equipment failure modes and RAGAGEP standards
- Familiarity with Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Meridium software (preferred)
- Certified Reliability Professional (CRP) from the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred)
- Experience with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) loss analysis
- Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
- Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA+)
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Maintenance and Reliability across multiple manufacturing sites
- Lead implementation of key reliability workstreams, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) loss analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA+), Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO), Predictive Maintenance, and Work Management processes
- Develop and train site-level SMEs in the use of reliability methodologies and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Site Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Leaders, Data Analysts, and Manufacturing Technology Engineers
- Drive a reliability-focused mindset and culture throughout the organization
- Ensure alignment with project timelines and execution of diagnostics and reliability methodology
- Support compliance with Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP) and internal standards
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, production processes, or manufacturing technology
- Strong leadership and change management capabilities
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
