Arconic is looking to implement and improve Reliability Excellence Systems across multiple Rolling Mills and Extrusion Plants to enhance Equipment Reliability, OEE, and productivity.

Responsibilities
Develop standards, coach implementation of Equipment Reliability system components such as Defect Elimination, Criticality Analysis, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, CMMS
Condition-based Monitoring and Reliability Centered Maintenance
Drive the culture and ownership of Reliability across the enterprise
Identify and report to the Business Units the opportunities for improvement in OEE and productivity
Leverage other resources within Manufacturing Technology and Engineering team as well as other resources such as IT and Finance to drive effective and sustainable change in Equipment Reliability
Other
Bachelor’s Degree in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
5 years' experience in Equipment Reliability, Maintenance, or Engineering

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Authorizations from the relevant government agency may be required to meet export control compliance requirements.
