Enhance equipment reliability programs within paperboard manufacturing facilities to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Four-year degree Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of Pulp and Paper maintenance management experience
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
- Formal training and use of RCFA, RCA, RCM, IR, Oil analysis, Laser Alignment, Electrical studies, Vibration analysis and other Precision Maintenance Techniques and Technologies desired
- Working knowledge of Windows, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel; AutoCad is a plus
- CMRP - Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional - a plus
- Thorough understanding of SAP or similar CMMS system
Responsibilities
- Oversee development, implementation, and management of comprehensive maintenance programs
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Lead initiatives to improve equipment reliability and uptime
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify and eliminate root causes of reliability issues
- Implement reliability improvement projects, including failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)
- Coach, Teach, and Mentor division maintenance leaders and engineers
Other
- Four-year degree Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering preferred or 20 years of compensatory closely related work experience required in lieu of degree
- Must be willing to travel 75% - 100% with overnight travel to include flying, driving, riding or by rail
- Must be able to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so
