Hamaspik HomeCare is looking for a Data Entry and Data Validation Clerk to ensure the accuracy and integrity of their data, making it readily available for analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, data validation, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Input data into databases and information systems accurately and efficiently.
- Review and validate data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data.
- Maintain and update records in a timely manner.
- Generate reports as required and assist in data analysis.
- Follow data management protocols and best practices to ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Perform regular audits of data to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Other
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
