Requirements
- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum work environment as a Product Owner: writing user stories (JIRA), and following the development process through user story acceptance.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; familiarity with HubSpot, AWS, and related CRM technologies preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and resources while maintaining collaboration with other team members.
- Comfortable leveraging technology to effectively work with virtual teams.
- A creative problem solver with a keen interest in ensuring the best possible experience for our users.
- Open-minded with an innovative mindset, curious to understand and learn new perspectives and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and demos while overseeing feature development and enhancements to improve user and customer experience.
- Track progress against OKRs and measure impact on business goals using data analytics and market research.
- Support feature intake and quarterly stakeholder feedback processes.
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports (Product Owner and Scrum Master) to drive product strategy and execution.
- Build strong relationships with executives, users, vendors, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and address business needs.
- Oversee feature development and enhancements to improve user and customer experience.
- Write user stories (JIRA), and follow the development process through user story acceptance.
Other
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and resources while maintaining collaboration with other team members.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus to read a computer screen and various documents.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and use hands and fingers for keyboarding or similar use of hands.
