Fidelity Life is looking to solve the problem of providing product specific information to distributors, applicants, and internal personnel to facilitate and support sales activities for new and existing insurance products.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of life insurance, new business processing, underwriting and agent licensing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail oriented.
- Aptitude for learning new concepts and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide distributors information on alternative methods for obtaining information and forms, such as Fidelity Life’s website.
- Respond to product specific inquiries from distributors, policy holders and internal staff as needed.
- Assist distributors with questions regarding: enforce policy status and change requests, new business processing and procedures, compensation, and contracting and appointments.
- Assist Fidelity Life’s Underwriting Department in completing inbound and outbound telephone interviews.
- Process maintenance and corrective transactions in agent systems.
- Facilitate webinars to train distributors on Fidelity Life’s application system(s), product specific sales requirements, etc.
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Marketing and Compliance staff, to ensure only approved product materials and information are being provided to any external or internal parties.
Other
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar agency or licensing position preferred.
- Must have the ability to meet deadlines and perform multiple functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
