Via Logic LLC is looking to solve mission-critical challenges for their clients, including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and Department of Defense, by developing enterprise-level solutions in DevSecOps Delivery, Data Science, Cyber Security, and Defense & National Security Analytics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • 3-6 years overall ServiceNow platform development and administration experience
  • At least one current Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, ITSM modules, and scoped application development
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, update set management, and platform administration
  • Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes)
  • Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related data modeling

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of locally developed applications (LDAs) aligned with business needs
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to citizen developers leveraging the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead and execute integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP/AD, JDBC, and other platforms
  • Manage the movement and deployment of ServiceNow components, collections, and deployables in the CI/CD pipeline
  • Implement, integrate, configure, and develop custom applications, including scoped applications, on the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to conduct code reviews, provide proofs of concept, and deliver product demonstrations
  • Perform development activities including troubleshooting, coding, scripting, and configurations of moderate to high complexity

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND RESIDE IN THE U.S. All work must be performed in the U.S.
  • Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Public Trust U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as this work is for a federal government client
  • Candidates will need to successfully complete a Background Investigation (BI) and credit check prior to beginning work
  • Must be available on company and or client provided communication tools such as Teams, Monday.com, Slack, email and for meetings between 9AM-5PM EST
