Key Benefit Administrators is seeking a Report/Data Analyst to improve health and stabilize insurance costs for local communities by ensuring the integrity, transformation, and accessibility of data for critical business insights.
Requirements
- Work extensively with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake
- Proficient in ETL processes and data cleaning techniques.
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Python, or other data processing frameworks.
- Certifications in Power BI, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric are a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of data modeling
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Fabric dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and provide actionable business recommendations.
- Build and manage ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data using tools like Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
- Ensure data accuracy through cleansing, transformation, and normalization processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and refine data solutions.
- Apply data governance, security, and best practices across reporting and data engineering efforts.
- Leverage knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and SCRUM methodology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
