Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Reporting Analyst to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization, enabling leaders and staff to make informed choices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting preferred
- Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and ETL processes.
- Experience working with healthcare or HRIS data.
- Familiarity with reporting from electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Exposure to process improvement and workflow automation techniques.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain accurate, user-friendly reports and dashboards.
- Analyze data from multiple systems (EHR, HRIS, financial, operational) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline workflows to increase efficiency.
- Support ad hoc data requests and deliver insights to inform business strategy.
- Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata to ensure consistency across reporting processes.
Other
- 1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
