Concentrix is looking to hire a Reporting Business Intelligence Analyst to leverage core analytic solutions to enhance customer team efficiency, execute projects, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to support business operations.
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of core analysis solution and tools (such as OLTP/OLAP data structures, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI, Business Objects)
- Proficient knowledge of domain languages (such as SQL Query, HIVEQL)
- 1+ years of related education or experience to reflect skills and talent necessary for this role
- Proficiency in all Microsoft products
- Experience in data-driven solutions, business analytics, dashboard design experience
Responsibilities
- Use core analytic solutions to support customer teams and increase efficiency.
- Work on projects and necessary reporting in a business supporting role.
- Work and build internal relationships to ensure data is available for analysis and better understanding
- Interpret goals, trends, risks and areas for improvement by reporting on important metrics and conclusions.
- Maintain accuracy of reports and dashboards
- Provide data-driven insights to team members and partners
- Support planning and forecasting to daily partners

- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma, or the equivalent. Degree/Diploma in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance or Statistics/Mathematics
- Work-from-home convenience with company-supplied technologies
- The base salary range for this position is $48,000- $50,000 plus incentives aligned with the role.
