CardWorks, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide support to customers of their Recreation Lending Department, addressing concerns and questions related to payments, payoffs, and other related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc…)
  • Experience with e-mail and database software
  • Trainable on work-related software to meet specific job requirements
  • Knowledge of federal and state collection, banking, lending, and bankruptcy laws and regulations for the non-prime credit segment (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Customer Support in a sub-prime financial environment (preferred)
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables

Responsibilities

  • Process in-bound customer calls, emails, and other inquiries
  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Answer and follow up with Customer Support email inbox
  • Support the Recreation Lending Department with various tasks
  • Receive and sort through daily mail and distribute to appropriate teams
  • Scan documents and send/email to appropriate team members
  • Print out forms and deliver to appropriate people

Other

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
  • One (1) year experience in Customer Support field is preferred but not required
  • Professional demeanor and highly organized
  • Able to be flexible, adaptable, and with a willingness to work in an ever-changing environment
  • Communicates effectively both orally and in writing, including negotiation skills
  • Effective planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of accuracy and trust are required
