CardWorks, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide support to customers of their Recreation Lending Department, addressing concerns and questions related to payments, payoffs, and other related inquiries.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc…)
- Experience with e-mail and database software
- Trainable on work-related software to meet specific job requirements
- Knowledge of federal and state collection, banking, lending, and bankruptcy laws and regulations for the non-prime credit segment (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Customer Support in a sub-prime financial environment (preferred)
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
Responsibilities
- Process in-bound customer calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Provide support to customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Answer and follow up with Customer Support email inbox
- Support the Recreation Lending Department with various tasks
- Receive and sort through daily mail and distribute to appropriate teams
- Scan documents and send/email to appropriate team members
- Print out forms and deliver to appropriate people
Other
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- One (1) year experience in Customer Support field is preferred but not required
- Professional demeanor and highly organized
- Able to be flexible, adaptable, and with a willingness to work in an ever-changing environment
- Communicates effectively both orally and in writing, including negotiation skills
- Effective planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- High degree of accuracy and trust are required
