Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with analytics programs.
  • 5 years of experience turning data sets into narratives with visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, tables) and presenting to executives.
  • 5 years of experience using quantitative and qualitative investigative strategies to measure the effectiveness of programs, interventions, and efforts for a large organization.
  • 5 years of experience supporting scaled reporting solutions, including partnering with technical teams to scope requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the external landscape of existing efforts and track trends.
  • Conduct research to fill gaps in current understanding and in emerging issues.
  • Develop practical recommendations for business leaders to aid talent development and engaged advantage.
  • Test new approaches to research.
  • Collaborate across the company and, as appropriate, externally.

Other

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Human Resources, Psychology) or equivalent practical experience in Research, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Economics.
  • Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Management, Data Science).
  • 5 years of experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams and managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
