The University of Chicago's BSD PSY - Lyons Lab is looking to transform mental health through compassionate, innovative interdisciplinary care, pioneering research, and the education of future leaders dedicated to advancing the well-being of individuals, families, and their communities.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and project management platforms.
  • Learning management systems, analytics tools, or research platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge and skills developed through < 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
  • Conducting applied research or evaluation.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and record-keeping.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates schedules, meetings, and project timelines for the Precision Analytics Team.
  • Tracks and maintains records of analytics projects, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Generates and shares reports to inform decision-making and program evaluation.
  • Maintains technical and administrative support for a research project.
  • Analyzes and maintains data and/or specimens. Conducts literature reviews. Assists with preparation of reports, manuscripts and other documents.
  • Installs, sets up and performs experiments; interacting with students and other laboratory staff under the direction of the principal investigator.
  • Maintains recruiting and scheduling research subjects; assisting with developing or amending study protocols; assisting with developing data collection tools; assisting with building databases; and providing general administrative support.

  • Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
