The City of Baltimore is seeking a Research Analyst Supervisor to plan, schedule, and coordinate the analysis of data from international, national, and local intelligence and statistics into actionable data within a City agency. This role involves supervising research and office support personnel.
Requirements
- Have four years of experience in compiling, analyzing and interpreting data.
- Have four years of experience in compiling, analyzing and interpreting police data.
- Knowledge of research techniques and methodology.
- Knowledge of data collection techniques.
- Knowledge of the procedures in conducting data and statistical studies.
- Knowledge of the techniques of preparing data, analytical and statistical reports and developing forms for data and statistical studies.
- Skill in interpreting complex data sources, such as government documents.

- Have A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a course in research methods or quantitative methods.
- Skill in organizing and managing multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to speak and write effectively.
- Supervisory ability.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
