Carnegie Mellon University's Department of Mechanical Engineering is looking for a Research Assistant to contribute to research in the fast fabrication of 3D and porous structures.

- Publication in a related research journal is required
Responsibilities
- Carry out research in fabrication of materials and structures
- Develop process-structure relationship by evaluating the manufacturing process window
- Characterize the repeatability of the parts fabricated by the above method
- Characterize the reproducibility of the parts fabricated by the above method
Other
- High School diploma/GED, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–1-year experience
- A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
