- spectral flow cytometry
- single-cell proteomics/genomics
- highly multiplexed tissue imaging
- spatial transcriptomics
Responsibilities
- Participate in planning, design, execution, and management of research projects in a shared resource laboratory focused on immune profiling of IO clinical trial samples
- design and execute complex laboratory experiments using advanced molecular and cellular assays (spectral flow cytometry, single-cell proteomics/genomics, highly multiplexed tissue imaging, spatial transcriptomics, etc.)
- collect, analyze, and interpret research data
- Perform critical analysis of literature relevant to research being undertaken
- assist in the preparation of research papers and manuscripts for publication and presentation at national and conferences and workshops
- participate in the writing of project reports, articles, and other documents
- Oversee and coordinate periodic maintenance and testing of laboratory equipment
