Requirements
- Ability to work independently and conduct important experiments
- collaborate with others on project teams
- work on projects of moderate to complex scope
- troubleshoot issues in experimental design
- present their results to colleagues
- maintain an accurate and comprehensible experimental notebook
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in R & D (or equivalent experience), preferably in development of immunoassays and point-of-care devices under design control.
Responsibilities
- supports in the development, validation, and commercial launch of rapid, point-of-care toxicology diagnostic devices
- generating reliable data
- analyzing and critiquing results
- noting deviations
- suggesting relevant experiments to supervisor
- Ability to work independently and conduct important experiments

Other

- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree
- Master of Science degree is preferred
- Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
