Carnegie Mellon University's Ray and Stephanie Lane Computational Biology Department is looking to solve complex biological questions using computational methods and is seeking a Research Associate to assist in the development and execution of experimental protocols and analysis of biological data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computational Biology, Computer Science or a related discipline
- 1 year of hands-on experience in working with biological data
- A combination of education and meaningful experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered
- Master's Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Working with and analyzing biological data
- Developing data
- Implementing experimental protocols and documenting research
- Conducting literature reviews to stay updated on the latest methodologies in biomolecular condensates
