Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct, and analyze experimental studies; interpret data and prepare regular technical reports for internal review and decision-making
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant laboratory records in accordance with best practices and organizational standards.
- Organize and manage research projects, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Contribute to the creation, optimization, and validation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and validation protocols; provide technical training and guidance to team members as needed.
- Demonstrate and expand technical expertise through ongoing learning and application of new methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.
- Work closely with R&D, manufacture, and marketing teams to accelerate the expansion of the OriGene product portfolio.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree/Masters’ preferred.
