Requirements
- Three years of related experience.
- Minimum one year of financial management experience related to federally funded research.

Responsibilities
- Monitors grant budgets to ensure expenses align with funding guidelines and timelines.
- Maintain accurate financial records for all lab accounts including grants, operating budgets, and discretionary funds.
- Reconciles accounts regularly to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Processes and tracks expenses, reimbursements, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintains organized records of budgets, expenditures, and grant-related correspondence.
- Coordinates and oversees the daily activities in a laboratory, including staff support and quality control.
- Ensures adherence to lab standards and practices to maximize safety and operational effectiveness.
