The candidate will help in the development and maintenance of our toolboxes and processing pipelines. This person will interface with neuroimaging researchers, clinicians, and computational researchers to develop and scale up our current data processing pipelines. The position provides the opportunity for the applicant to participate in state-of-the-art data processing pipeline development within a multi-disciplinary team, whose goal is to develop computational methods for anchoring psychiatric diagnosis into spatiotemporal features of the brain.

  • Understanding of statistical components underlying neuroimaging processing pipelines.
  • Understanding of digital signal processing.
  • Experience with MRI imaging analysis
  • Experience with ML/DL

Responsibilities

  • Collect, manage and clean neuroimaging datasets.
  • Employ new and existing neuroimaging data analysis tools (e.g., fMRIprep and XCPengine) to interpret, analyze, and visualize multivariate relationships in data.
  • Create databases and reports, develop algorithms and statistical models, and perform statistical analyses appropriate to data and reporting requirements.
  • Use system reports and analyses to identify potentially problematic data, make corrections, and determine root cause for data problems from input errors or inadequate field edits, and suggest possible solutions.
  • Develop reports, charts, graphs and tables for use by investigators and for publication and presentation.
  • Analyze data processes in documentation.
  • Collaborate with faculty and research staff on data collection and analysis methods.

Other
