Requirements
- spatial and statistical analysis
- gathering, developing, implementing, and monitoring systems to assemble necessary data
- validating the accuracy of structured and unstructured data
- collecting, validating, integrating, analyzing, and maintaining data to conduct spatial analysis to inform policy and programs.
- developing, investigating, and analyzing other thematic and/or demographic information from multiple data sources using GIS, Access, R, Excel ,Tableau, and other available software.
- effectively communicating technical information in written and oral formats.
- Knowledge of network and transmission technologies and methods underlying the provision of Broadband Internet Access Service.
- Knowledge of Federal and State legislation and policies related to Broadband Internet Access Service, and the communications industry generally.
- Significant knowledge and experience working with U.S. Census data.

- This position requires travel.
- This is a hybrid position that will require the selected candidate to report to their assigned headquarter office a minimum of two (2) days a week.
- Hybrid positions may be eligible for telework under California Government Code Section 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California.
