McKesson's Investigational Products Center (IPC) needs a Research Data Management Specialist (RDMS) - Pharmacy Technician to manage central drug accountability and order processing for investigational products used in clinical trials, ensuring accurate data and efficient workflows.
Requirements
- Certified Pharmacy Technician Registered with Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and ability to use and adapt to digital pharmacy systems.

Responsibilities
- Reviews study accountability information that is entered in the internal system by Investigational Products Center and Site Staff.
- Reconciles internal system entries and queries site(s) for resolution and accuracy of study records.
- Reviews contents of orders to ensure complete and accurate information has been received and conducts initial check of order to ensure clinical accuracy for processing.
- Create patient profiles as necessary by entering accurate information to ensure all other groups can successfully serve the site.
- Communicate with sites regarding order status, order clarification, missing information or accountability concerns so that all information is collected and accurate before it reaches other teams for furthering processing.
- Analyzes and recommends improvements to study startup and amendment processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Maintains files and prepares records for Sponsors' monitoring/auditing teams. Prepares study related documents for off-site storage.
Other
- High school diploma or equivalent, and typically requires 3+ years of relative pharmacy experience.
- Proven leadership, process improvement experience, digital mindset, written and verbal communication skills.
- Position is essential on-site.
