Requirements
- At least 5 years of image analysis experience
- Experience with Vision Models (such as DenseNet, ResNet, EfficientNet, ConvNext, ViT, SWiN) using convolutional neural networks, vision transformers, and/or vision language models preferably with ophthalmology images.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/PyTorch Lightning or TensorFlow/Keras).
- Experience with Python imaging libraries such as MONAI, OpenCV, and Pillow.
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with R for statistical analysis and SQL for data querying.
