- Gain experience in product development by working alongside food scientists in the development and optimization of new products and processes.
- Be exposed to diverse modern processes and technical expertise.
- Work on multiple projects that provide an immediate impact on the business through cost-savings, quality improvement, and innovation.
- Present the results of their projects and showcase the products they developed throughout the summer.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (incoming junior, or senior) or master’s degree program in good standing required.
- Degree in food or meat science related fields, preferred, but will consider other related majors.
- Previous work experience in any field preferred.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
