Autodesk is looking to improve the future of industries by fostering research through collaboration and identifying impactful outcomes within their Research Residency Program. The Engagement Program Manager will manage and engage academic teams, promote research, and facilitate knowledge sharing within a hybrid work environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in community management and program management
- Program design and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple programs and initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Proficiency with Airtable
Responsibilities
- Manage the resident community at the San Francisco Autodesk Technology Center with potential for management of hybrid residents
- Manage operations dedicated to resident lifecycle
- Design custom programming to promote engagement between Autodesk Research teams and the resident community
- Facilitate focused workshops and document and assess results
- Conduct surveys and interviews to identify outcomes and storytelling opportunities
- Work with team members to identify signals and validate relevant resident work
