Applied Intuition is looking for a Research Engineer to conduct world-class research for autonomous systems, aiming to accelerate the global adoption of safe, AI-driven machines by developing cutting-edge models at scale using large-scale data and industry-leading simulators.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with world foundation model, 3D/4D reconstruction and novel view synthesis, traffic simulation, deformable object simulation, with applications to autonomous driving and general robotics
- Experience with training with large-scale data and ML models
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on reconstruction, world model, traffic simulation, physics-based simulation
- Work closely with Research Scientists and interns on high-quality research publications to submit to top-tier conferences
- Collaborate with our simulation tool team to deploy neural simulation and world model
Other
- We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.
- Passion for building and shipping customer-focused software frameworks or tools
- Strong research skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects
- MSc or PhD in machine learning, computer vision and graphics with autonomy and robotics applications or closely related field
