The Department of Pediatrics is looking for a Research Engineering Scientist Assistant to assist with an NIH-funded research project and perform wet-lab experiments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with some wet lab experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform tissue culture including organoid culture and related molecular and biochemical analysis.
- Assist with mouse maintenance and experiments (colony management, embryo collection, genotyping).
- Miscellaneous work (including checking lab inventory and package management).
- Other related duties as assigned.
Other
- This is a one-year fixed term position, renewable based upon availability of funding, work performance, and progress toward research goals.
