Requirements
- Experience with Python.
- Previous experience in AI for healthcare research.
- Hands-on experience with deep model training, optimization, and development.
- Familiarity with biomedical datasets (e.g., medical imaging, speech, or small molecule data).
Responsibilities
- Data processing across multiple biomedical domains (image, speech, and molecular SMILES)
- Designing and implementing machine learning experiments using existing and novel models for diagnosis and drug discovery tasks
- Literature review, experiment documentation, and collaboration with faculty and student researchers on project goals and findings
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
