Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Research Intern to help pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare by gaining hands-on experience and building skill sets in machine learning and related fields.
Requirements
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras in addition familiarity with image processing in Python and C++
- Hands-on coding skills and ability to quickly prototype in Python.
- Hands on coding skills with knowledge of Python, Pytorch, neural network training.
- Knowledge of generative models (GAN, auto-encoders)
- Experience in Radiation Therapy
- Strong theoretical and practical background in machine learning and in particular deep learning

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing, dynamic team
- Currently enrolled in and pursuing studies at a foreign degree- or certificate-granting post-secondary academic institution outside the United States OR Has graduated from such an institution no more than 12 months prior to his or her exchange visitor program start date.
