Requirements
- Experience in conducting research in the fields of Computer Architecture and HW design
- Experience in conducting experiments and writing papers.
- Programming skills in C/C++ and Python
- Knowledge of ML/AI/LLM concepts
- Relevant publications such as ISCA, MICRO, ASPLOS, HPCA, CVPR, ACL, ICML, NeurIPS, etc.

- Currently enrolled in a Master or Ph.D. program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Research Interns are expected to be physically located in their manager’s Microsoft worksite location for the duration of their internship.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and vibrant research environment.
- Willingness to embrace knowledge outside your field of research interest.
- During the 12-week internship, Research Interns are paired with mentors and expected to collaborate with other Research Interns and researchers, present findings, and contribute to the vibrant life of the community.
