Medtronic is looking to solve challenges in the design and development of surgical devices by collecting and analyzing data, and assisting in the testing and verification processes for product release.
Requirements
- Skill in technical measurement using standard laboratory tools such as micrometers, oscilloscope, etc.
- Knowledge of basic theory of scientific or technical discipline.
- Computer skills on personal computer.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
- Statistical knowledge a plus.
- Effective record keeping skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform moderately complex tests of prototypes, processes and products.
- Perform test protocols.
- Perform standard computations and plots data.
- Perform simple computer applications for data entry, analysis, and retrieval.
- Qualify and validate new or alternate equipment, processes, and new and alternate components.
- Set up, maintain, repair, calibrate and adjusts complex laboratory formulations.
- Test equipment as directed and perform troubleshooting as required.
Other
- Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in a laboratory setting with organic tissue.
- Knowledge of anatomy.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced collaborative skills.
