- Manage a team of researchers
- Gain a deep understanding of our internal tech platform and architecture
- Prioritize and direct daily activities and ensure efficient team operations to deliver client audiences on time
Other
- 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years of people leadership experience with an early career team
- Ability to assess and manage team members’ performance, as well as coach and train on best practices
- Strong ability to proactively recognize procedural issues or inefficiencies, in order to resolve or escalate accordingly
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience with creating efficient workflows to disperse team tasks
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- History of being a self-starter
- Work from home or in the office on Monday and Friday, and in Applecart’s New York City office Tuesday through Thursday
