Faire is looking to scale the systems that power research at Faire, with a focus on implementing innovative, AI-driven solutions, to enable every team to generate insights with speed, rigor, and impact.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with SQL, Qualtrics (or comparable tool), and Excel/GoogleSheets.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI and automation to improve workflows and unlock new capabilities.
  • Ability to understand and solve complex technical problems, develop new capabilities, and assess and implement external tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and introduce new research tools — including AI-driven solutions — to increase efficiency and expand research capacity.
  • Manage and improve participant management systems, including panels and rolling programs, to enable recurring, high-quality research engagement.
  • Coordinate survey launches, prevent conflicts, and support setup/testing for priority studies to ensure data quality.
  • Establish and maintain protocols for research data compliance.
  • Promote and support research as a practice across the company, enabling teams to generate insights with rigor and confidence.

  • 4+ years of program management or related experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Research Operations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and support others in learning new systems.
  • Experience creating measurable impact by designing and scaling systems or programs.
  • Ability to create goals and projections to measure the impact of your programs and developments.
  • Open to change and enthusiastic about developing new initiatives
  • Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Effective starting in January 2026, employees will be expected to go into the office on a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year.
