The University of Chicago Booth School of Business's Booth Center for Applied Artificial Intelligence is seeking a Research Professional to support faculty research by collecting data, conducting statistical analysis, and providing other research-related support.

Responsibilities
- Collects data, conducts complex statistical analysis, writes statistical software programs, and organizes the presentation of results.
- Creates charts, tables, and descriptive text for presentations.
- Maintains databases, reviews background materials, and performs preliminary research.
- Contributes to the design and implementation of an efficient and reproducible data processing pipeline.
- Builds and rigorously evaluates statistical models using best practices of machine learning and statistical inference.
- Prepares project memos, summaries, presentations, reports, and other work products for dissemination to academic researchers, policymakers, and other stakeholders, as needed.
- Maintains technical and administrative support for a research project.

- Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
- Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through < 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a field relevant to the research being conducted by start date.
